Meet Our Coaches

Jeffrey LeBeau

Head Coach

Jeffrey began playing water polo at Foster High School, where he was a member of the team for four years. During this time, he also competed with the Viper Pigeons water polo club, contributing to the team's 3rd place finish in the Platinum Division of the 2021 Junior Olympics in Texas. Following his high school and club playing career, Jeffrey was invited to coach for Viper Pigeons. Over the past 3.5 years, he has coached more than 80 games and helped in developing athletes across age groups ranging from 10U to 18U.

As a Coach Jeffrey is responsible for writing and organizing practices. He is also the head coach for tournament games.

Shannon Connolly

Assistant Coach

Shannon started playing water polo when she was 6 years old in Santa Ynez Valley, California. After a few years, she started playing for Santa Barbara 805 WPC where she won 2 Junior Olympic Championships in Platinum.

In her freshman year of high school at Santa Ynez, she won CIF for division 7 and earned all CIF First team and Player of the year for the division. In that year, she also broke all of the women’s records for goals, steals, and assists for Santa Ynez Water Polo. She played for Dos Pueblos High School’s Varsity Division 1 program sophomore through senior year when she moved to Santa Barbara where she won the Channel League championship for 2 years and was a CIF Division 1 Runner-Up. She was Captain for her junior and senior year. Shannon also trained under the ODP Coastal Zone from 2016-2018.

From 2020-2022, Shannon was a center on Marist College’s Division 1 Women’s Water Polo program where she won the MAAC Conference championship her freshman year. Her junior year, she transferred to Texas A&M where she won 2 conference championships, Conference MVP, All Conference First Team, and at the CWPA nationals tournament, she received the honor of All American First Team.

Shannon graduated from Texas A&M in May 2024 with a degree in English Literature and is working towards getting her teaching certification to be a high school English teacher. This is her first year coaching TAMU Men’s water polo.
